Unable to sign in your Apple ID isn't associated with a content provider in iTunes connect 2002

HI. I am unable to sign in on iTunes it say your Apple id isn't associated with a content provider in iTunes connect 2002. Please help me. I only put my old SIM card I used previously in my iPhone 5 into my new iPhone s6. Didn't had problems with iTunes when my SIM card was in the iPhone 5.
